      “NJSA 46:8-28 Certificate of registration” requires that, in the case of a one-dwelling unit rental or a two-dwelling unit non-owner occupied premises, a landlord shall, at the time of the creation of the first tenancy in any newly constructed or reconstructed building to file this completed application with the Town of Dover. Also, an amended Certificate of Registration must also be filed within 20 days after any changes in the information contained in the last Certificate of Registration. TRADUCCION: El “Certificado de registro NJSA 46:8-28” requiere que, en el caso de alquiler de residencias de una o de dos unidades de viviendas que no esté habitada por el propietario, el arrendador deberá, en el momento de la creación del primer contrato de arrendamiento en cualquier edificio recién construido o reconstruido debe presentar esta solicitud totalmente gestionada en las oficinas de La Aplicación del Código del Pueblo de Dover.
