The (CARE) Resource guide (Counting on Available Resources of Excellence) has been designed to help our families by having a ONE local, County and some State affordable resources.
A contact list of categorized organizations with a brief information of their services in order to ease researches and better serve the needs of ALL of our residents. The guide will be updated yearly and will also be available online on our Town’s website for our resident’s convenience at www.dover.nj.us.
