Facility Use Application

This application is for anyone seeking a permit to utilize the Town of Dover parks or fields.  The application must be completed in its entirety and submitted with the proper Certificate of Insurance coverage (if applicable), security deposit, and payment, 30 days before the event date for approval from the Recreation Department and the Administration Office. See application for Fee Schedule.

As always, please contact the Recreation Department with any questions, you may have regarding the rental of our parks and fields.
