EXECUTIVE SECRETARY – FULL TIME

 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

The Town of Dover is currently seeking applications for the position of full-time Executive Secretary to the Administration Office. Responsibilities will include performing specialized administrative, technical, and clerical duties and coordinating schedules.   Answers telephone calls, receives complaints by mail or in person, analyzes same for a response. Takes part in confidential or sensitive issues as necessary and follows up as required. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures; ability to analyze and define problems and craft appropriate solutions.  Must have the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.  Candidate should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.  It is preferred for candidate to be Bilingual in Spanish.   

This position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $95,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Prescription, and Dental coverage.
