KEYBOARDING CLERK 1  - FULL TIME

POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Town of Dover has an immediate opening for Full-Time Keyboarding Clerk 1 to perform repetitive clerical work involving the processing of documents in a variety of functions. Enters or types documents from handwritten draft into draft or final form, according to prescribed formats, by transferring information onto letters, reports, schedules, and itinerary.  Keyboard entries of addresses on envelopes, or information on forms, form letters, or other form-type documents.  Edits, proofreads and performs spelling or grammar checks to ensure typographical accuracy.  Primary duty will be updating payroll into Primepoint for the Police Department.  Candidates should be responsible for performing and coordinating administrative support services in a confidential matter.  This position offers a salary range of $42,130.46 to $52,663.08, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Prescription, and Dental coverage.
