Register Emergency Notification System
Get alerted about emergencies and other important community news by signing up for the Notification System. This notification system enables the Town of Dover to provide you with critical information quickly in a variety of situations, such as severe weather, unexpected road closures, power outages, water emergencies, flooding and evacuation of buildings or neighborhoods.
You will receive time-sensitive messages wherever you specify, such as your home, cell, or business phone, email, text messages, hearing impaired receiving devices, and more. You pick where, you pick how.
MCUrgent is used in emergency situations that involve multiple towns. Currently in beta, it is used by Morris County to quickly disseminate information to the public in the event of an emergency. Seven towns have been trained. It is a Multi-jurisdictional emergency-only notifications for sharing on social media.
