FEES: 5 year old clinic $25.00
Ages 6-17 $55.00 Fall Season Only
(includes uniform)
What to bring:
Proof of residency (driver’s license or utility bill)
Copy of player’s birth certificate
Signup fee (Cash or Check made out to Dover Strikers)
Recent Picture (ages 10 & up)
