Dover Introduces Web Based "Service Request" Form

The Service Request Form provides for on-line submission for services or problem notifications directly to the appropriate Town Department.

The Service Request Form provides on-line submission for services or problem notifications directly to the Town. The routing to the proper department is done automatically based on the type of request and a tracking number is automatically generated. The Service Request Form can be accessed from the navigation pane at the left of the Home Page near the bottom of the list.
Service requests can be made for: Pothole Repairs Street Sign Repairs or Replacement Animal Control Curbside Garbage/Recycling Issues Construction Without a Permit Reporting Property Maintenance Issues Overcrowding Issues
It is important to note that this service is for Non-Emergency Requests Only! It is not to be used for 9-1-1 type Emergency Requests.
Service Requests cannot be made anonymously. Contact information is required.
