The Dover Board of Health announces that it will be conducting its annual “influenza immunization program” on Thursday, October 8th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The clinic will be held in Town Hall, 37 N. Sussex St., Dover.
Persons eligible to receive a flu shot must be residents of the Town of Dover and 65 years of age or older. Chronically ill adults may receive a flu shot by bringing with them a written note signed by their physician requesting that they receive a vaccination. The vaccination will be administered free of charge to all participants.
All Medicare eligible persons are strongly urged to pre-register in person at the Dover Health Department located in the lower level of Town Hall at 37 N. Sussex Street.
