Ed Secco Reappointed and Recognized

Edward Secco, a life long resident of Dover, has been serving as the Town of Dover Representative to the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority (RVRSA) for 35 years and was reappointed at the Feb. 25th Mayor & Board of Aldermen Meeting.

In reconition of his 35 years of service, the Mayor & Board of Aldermen presented him with a plaque and other gifts thanking him for his time served and reappointed him.

Ed has been representing Dover at the RVRSA since it was first created and is a staunch supporter and advocate for the rights of Dover residents. Mayor James P. Dodd thanked Ed and recognized his tireless efforts on behalf of the entire Board and the residents of the Town of Dover.

Ed was also recognized for his 35 years of service by the RVRSA.
